Our founder started the organization in his own garage more than 30 years ago. Starting with assembling and selling panels. NieuweWeme has now grown rapidly since its takeover by the Koolen Industries Group. Under the new leadership of our CEO, Gerben Hilboldt, we have grown into an international company with more than 220 employees. The Panel Construction department is and remains an important Business Unit within NieuweWeme, but has since been expanded with various engineering and assembly options.
